(FOR HIRING OF SERVICES OF PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY)
Federal Govt. Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Karachi office invited proposals for “Hiring of
Services of Private Security Agency” through with PID (1)5854-25 published on 16.01.2026 in Daily
Jang Karachi/Rawalpindi & Daily Express Karachi and Daily Milan.
Following amendments are issued for Submission and Extension of Time
“The bidding document, containing detailed terms and conditions can be download from e-PADS
(https://eprocure.gov.pk)”
“All proposals must be submitted electronically on or before 09-02-2026 before 1300 Hours
through the e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) for hiring of Private Security Guard Services, as
this is the official platform for receiving and processing bidsand Bids will be open on the same day at
1400 Hours. In addition to the e-PADS submission, bidders are also required to submit a sealed
physical copy of their proposals to the address specified in the RFP, within the stipulated timeline”.
All other terms and conditions shall remain same.

FGEHousing Authority Karachi reserve the right to reject all Bids as per PPRA rules prior to
acceptance of a Bid.
