1. Head-Talent Acquisition (Grade: Band 4-2) (Location: Lahore, Head Office)
Job Summary/Major Responsibilities
Lead and execute the Bank’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent nationwide.
Design and implement structured, competency-based selection processes in line with industry’s best practices.
Build and strengthen the Bank’s employer brand and develop strategic talent pipelines, including campus and early-career
programs.
Leverage recruitment technology and analytics (ATS, hiring metrics) to drive efficient and data-driven decisions.
Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and hiring strategies.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.
Eligibility Criteria
3. Head-HR Business Partners
Relevant professional certifications preferred.
Age: Up to 55 Years as of April 20, 2025.
Experience: Minimum 9-12 years of experience in HR and/or Learning & Development, preferably in the
banking or financial services sector
Preferably 5 years in a senior leadership role managing organizational learning initiatives and cross functional teams.

3 Head-HR Business Partners (Grade: Band 4-2) (Location: Lahore, Head Office)
Job Summary/Major Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to business and regional leadership on workforce planning and
organizational effectiveness.
Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance, productivity, and operational excellence.
Identify talent gaps and support recruitment, succession planning, and capability development in collaboration with HR teams.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Promote employee engagement, manage employee relations, and facilitate effective conflict resolution.
other disciplines related with business from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

2. Head-Training & Development (Grade: Band 4-2) (Location: Lahore, Head Office)
Job Summary/Major Responsibilities
Lead and execute the Bank’s Training & Development strategy aligned with business and human capital priorities.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and design targeted learning interventions to address capability gaps.
Oversee delivery of comprehensive learning programs, including leadership, functional, compliance, digital, and
behavioral training
Drive blended and digital learning initiatives through LMS, e-learning platforms, and modern learning solutions.
Use analytics to measure training effectiveness, impact and return on investment.
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Develop leadership pipelines and support executive coaching and talent development programs.
Manage L&D budget, external partnerships, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Lead and develop the Training & Development team to deliver high-quality learning across the Bank.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
other disciplines related with business from a HEC recognized University/Foreign University.

Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, or other disciplines related with business from a HEC recognized University
Foreign University.

Experience: Minimum 9-12 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Trainings or
related functional areas, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Preferably 5 years in a senior leadership role managing HR function and cross functional teams.
