FOR REHABILITATION OF AQUAFER WELLS AT SUNDAR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management
Company (PIEDMC) was established by Govt. of the Punjab, to
facilitate the industrial growth of Punjab.
OPIEDMC intends to hire a Contractor for Rehabilitation of Aquafer
Wells at Sundar Industrial Estate.
Sealed Bids are invited for the above said work from Contractors
registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and specialized codes
CE10 having experience of similar works.
Bidding will be conducted under the provision of PPRA Rules -2014
(amended upto date) on single stage two envelope method.
Bidding Documents are available on PPRA website:
www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, PIEDMC website www.pie.com.pk and
EPADS Portal Le. http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk free of cost.
Technical and Financial Separate bids, duly completed, signed,
stamped and in complete conformity with Bidding Documents must be
submitted online E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS)
Portal Le. http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk till 16th April, 2026 by or
before 03:00 PM and bids shall be opened at same date on 03:30
PM, as per the PPRA Rules-2014.
Bid must contain Bid Security in shape of Bank Guarantee/CDR/
Bank Draft/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 390,318-in favor of “PIEDMC
(which is 2% of the estimated cost), without which the offer shall be
rejected being non-responsive. The bid security must be attached in
PDF format and submitted in original in Chief Engineer (P&C) office by
post before bid submission date and time.

and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of
publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA
Bids that are incomplete, without bid security (in original), not signed
and stamped, late, or submitted by other than specified mode will not be
considered.
For bids submission on E-procurement, Bidders are requested to
register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
In case, the firm is found Black-listed by PIEDMIC and PPRA or provide
false / misleading information, it’s bid will be cancelled and will be
recommended for punitive action.
Note: PIEDMC management may reject all bids or proposals at any time
prior to the acceptance of bids or proposals, as provided under Rule-35
of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended from time to time)
