Lease of ATM/CDM Spaces in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations

1. TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) is set up under Section 42 of the Companies
Act, 2017, and is responsible for project implementation, management and maintenance of
urban rapid transit projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority.
2. TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites eligible Sole Proprietors, Firms, Banks
or Companies, to participate in the National Competitive Bidding, to be conducted via Single
Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure, for the lease of ATM/CDM.
3. The detail of ATM/CDM spaces to be disposed of including number of Stations, location,
dimension, covered area and reserve price are provided in Bid Solicitation Documents.
4. The assets for disposal are offered on “as is where is basis”.
5. The prospective bidders may visit and inspect the ATM/CDM space located at relevant BRT
Peshawar Bus Stations, in liaison with the office of the undersigned, during the period from
publishing of this advertisement in newspaper till one day prior to deadline for submission of
bids from 0900hr to 1700hrs (Monday through Friday).
6. Bid solicitation Document may be obtained by the prospective bidders from the website of
TransPeshawar from publication of this advertisement in newspapers till last day for
submission of bids.
7. A Bid Security/Earnest Money to the amount of PKR.10,000/- per ATM/CDM space in shape
CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan shall be submitted along with the bid. The bid
security shall be submitted from the bank account of the bidder submitting the bid.
8. Bids must be submitted to the undersigned on or before 11:30 AM (PST), April 14, 2026.
9. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at
12:00 PM (PST) on the same day, April 14, 2026 at the office of TransPeshawar.
10. The advertisement is also available on the website of TransPeshawar (http://transpeshawar.pk)
and KPPRA (http://www.kppra.gov.pk).
11. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel the auction process by assigning cogent reason.
