Our client is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) and a premier Energy Planning and Operations organization,
playing a central role in Pakistan’s power sector. The organization is responsible for managing the real-time
flow of electricity, ensuring fair and transparent market operations, and planning for the country’s future
energy needs. In order to reinforce their senior management team, the client is looking for qualified, talented
and energetic individuals for the following positions, based in Islamabad.

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Local or International University duly
recognized by HEC, Pakistan.
⚫ At-least 18 years of Relevant Post-Qualification Experience in Public/Private or
International Organizations.
* The candidate must have 05 years of experience in Senior Management
Roles or as Head of the Department in a reputed organization.
Age Limit: Maximum 57 years on the last date of application submission.
• Bachelors in Finance or a degree in any related field from a reputed HEC
recognized national or international institution OR:
⚫ CA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA qualification holder.
• At-least 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial system development
and financial modelling
• Applicants with strong understanding and knowledge of regulatory, legal,
financial accounting/frameworks governing the power sector, financial modelling
and systems development in the power or energy sector will be preferred.
Age-Limit: Maximum 45 years on the last date of application submission
• Four (04) Years Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
from HEC recognized university.
Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.
⚫ Applicants holding certifications such as ITIL, COBIT 5, ISO 27001, ISO 20000,
CISSP, CISA, CISM or CASP, SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH and/or SIEM-specific
training and certification, or any other related / equivalent certification will be
preferred
⚫Age Limit: Maximum 40 years on the last date of application submission
• Four (04) Years Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences
from HEC recognized university.
* Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Certification holder such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate,
CompTIA Server+, VMware VCP, RHCSA) will be preferred
Applicants having experience in areas such as Cloud Platforms ie. Microsoft
Azure, Scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python), Mobile Device Management
(MDM) solutions like Microsoft Intune will have an added advantage.
⚫ Applicants with knowledge of Linux server administration and familiarity with
backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g.. Veeam, Azure Backup) will be
given preference.

Criteria in terms of section 16 of the SOE Act 2023 without prejudice to other specific requirements
