The Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech (TUE) invites sealed Technical and Financial
Proposals from qualified and experienced consultancy firms for providing professional
consultancy services for the establishment of a Women Technical & Vocational
Education & Training (TVET) Institute at Batkhela District, Malakand Division, KPK.
Scope of Services includes:
■Land assessment and support in land acquisition
Architectural and engineering design
• Preparation of drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
■ Cost estimation and tender documentation
■ Technical support for contractor selection
■ Construction supervision and quality assurance
■Monthly progress reporting and final completion report
