In furtherance of Company’s policy of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we are seeking female
graduates to join our one-year intensive Management Trainee program and contribute to a
more equitable and inclusive energy sector in the following disciplines:
Bachelor of Engineering (04 years’ degree recognized by HEC/PEC)
(Petroleum & Gas/Chemical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/ Electronics/
Civil/ Computer/System/Environmental)
Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Management Sciences (HR, Accounting & Finance,
Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics
and Supply Chain Management)/ Environmental Sciences/ Law/ Media Studies/
Geology/Geophysics/Computer Science/Chemistry
(16 years of education)
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: 26 years
CGPA 2.50 (in requisite degree as specified above)
1″ Division (60% & above) where CGPA is not applicable
The enrollment/selection shall stand null & void if a candidate is found ineligible at
any stage as per the advertisement

Only those candidates shall be entertained whose final result has been announced
on or before June 30, 2026.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must furnish Equivalence
certificate of 16 or 18 years.
The trainee(s) will undergo comprehensive training program during one-year period.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
Full time contract employment in the Company will be offered upon successful
completion of training program evaluated on the basis of performance.
Written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at their specified centers only. Eligible
candidates must visit IBA website (https://admissions.iba.edu.pk/ogdcl-
mt2026.php) to apply and generate fee voucher to pay the processing fee (non-
refundable/non-transferable) amounting to Rs. 3,000/- in any branch of Meezan
Bank Limited.

online submission of applications is April 06, 2026. Incomplete or improperly filled
application forms or by hand submissions will not be entertained.
