1.The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids as per PPRA Rule 36(b) from firms who are
well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid registration Certificate in Category
C-4 or above, with Project Codes CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, CE-10 & EE-02, EE-11 for the Year 2025-26, who
can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following
project.

2. Electronic Bidding Documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for
the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
3. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security duly generated from firm’s own account and should be in
the form of Pay order/CDR in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned
copy of Bid Security on E-PADS in PDF and original will be provided on or before submission of bids in
the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
4. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at
http://eprocure.gov.pk and as per instructions contained in Bidding Documents on or before
30-03-2026 at 1130 hrs. Manual Bids will not be entertained.
5. The electronic Bids will be opened by using E-PADS publicly on the same day at 1200 hrs, in the
presence of the procurement committee & Bidders’ authorized Representatives who choose to attend
the opening session to be held at the office of Director (P&CA-1), Room No 29, Block III, P&C Wing.

6. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided
on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
7. Project related information may be sought from the office of Dy. Director, Road-III, CDA, Ground Floor,
Room #36, Old Naval HQ, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad. (051-9212719)
8. In case of incomplete information or concealment of fact, the application will result into disqualification
of the firm/contractor.
9. The prospective Bidders are required Security clearance certificate from SSP ICT, Islamabad.
10. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules-2004
