1. National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) “the Employer”,
responsible for development and control of power transmission
system in the country, invites online bids on EPADS (Version
2.0) for “CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL, MAIN GATE
& 2 NOS. DOUBLE STOREY WATCH TOWERS DUE TO
PASSAGE OF MARGALLA AVENUE FROM N-5 TO M-1
MOTORWAY ISLAMABAD THROUGH 220KV GRID STATION
NGC SANGJANI ISLAMABAD” through “Single Stage One
Envelope Procedure” on National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
basis from eligible firms registered with Federal and Provincial
Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active
Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant
Provincial Revenue Authority.
2. Bidders may obtain further information from, inspect at and
acquire any other information from the Office of the Employer

3. All bidders must submit a Bid Security amounting to PKR 2.5
Million. The Bid Security shall be in the form of Deposit at Call or
a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in
favor of the CIVIL DIV. GSO NTDCL ISB valid for a period up to
twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date.
4. The bids must be submitted through E-PADS only on or before
31 March-2026 at 11:00 AM PST, however, Bid Security is
required to be submitted in Original (hard copy) before bids
closing deadline. The Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM PST on
the same day, in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who
choose to attend at the same address.
5. The bidders must quote for the complete scope of work. Bids
covering only a part of the work shall be rejected.
6. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and
to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award
as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
