NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Karachi Metropolitan University invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS)
from well-reputed firms/manufacturers/authorized agents/distributors who are listed on the Active Taxpayer
List of Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the following procurement, as per Rule 46(2) of the SPP Rules
2010, ‘Single Stage – Two Envelopes Procedure’, amended up to date.

1. Bidding documents containing detailed Terms and Conditions can be viewed/downloaded from
https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and the University website https://thekmu.edu.pk.
2. Electronic bids should be submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Interested
bidders are required to register on the EPADS system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration
for tender proceedings/submission/opening of electronic bids.
3. The original instrument of Tender Fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) and Bid Security @ 2% of the total
quoted bid value in favour of “Karachi Metropolitan University’ must reach the procuring agency before the
deadline for submission of e-bids. These will be opened on the same day as per the schedule mentioned
above.
