Preparation, design, printing, and publication of a Coffee Table Commemorative Book to
celebrate 20 years of the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA).
Scope of Work Includes:
• Research and archival audit
•Content development and editorial oversight
•Interviews and alumai profiling
Historical documentation and institutional narrative
Design and layout of 100-110 pages
Archival and contemporary photography integration
•Hardcover printing with dust jacket
•Spot UV coating and colour management
ISBN registration
+ Printing of 1,000 copies
Individual gift box packaging

1. The bidding action shall be undertaken based on PPRA Rule 36(B) Single Stage Two Envelope (SS-TE)” open bidding procedure. The
firms capable of carrying out this work are advised to furnish complete information in accordance with the requirements of bidding
documents.
2. The Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for the interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of PKR
Rs. 1,000/-(Pak Rupees One Thousand Only)
3. Active taxpayer as per FBR’s database be active taxpayer (ATL).
4. Affidavit on stamp paper (that the firm has not been blacklisted by private, Govt., Semi Govt. and Autonomous Body).
5. Bidders may obtain further information from the office of undersigned, at address/email & telephone number given below.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security/camest money two percent (2%) of Bid value in shape of a Demand Draft / Pay
Order in favour of National Academy of Performing Arts. Tenders without camest money shall not be entertained.
7. The bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope by hand or through registered mail/courier to the address given below on or before 26
March 2026 by 03:00 PM The bids received after deadline shall not be entertained. The Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at
03:30 PM in the presence of hidden’ representatives who choose to attend.
8. No bid will be accepted by post on the date of opening of bids
9. National Academy of Performing Arts reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the buds and cancel the tendering process in
accordance with the PPRA
