INVITATION TO BID
1. The National Highways & Motorway Police Sector-1 M-5 Multan MC-II Zone has reserved Funds out of
regular budget for procurement of MT items for FY 2025-26. The NHMP intends to apply part of the
proceeds of this Fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of following
items as mentioned below.

2. The National Highways & Motorway Police M-5 Sector-I invite sealed bids through E-PADS and by hand
from eligible Manufacturer/Supplier/Firms for the supply of above-mentioned items.
3. Only those firms can participate in this tender who are registered on E-PADS and submitted their bids
through E-PADS
4. Single Stage Two Envelop Bidding Procedure of Principal Method of Procurement (ie. Openi
Competitive Bidding) will be used by adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique for the
subject procurement, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory
Guides, Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time).
5. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security mentioned in the Bidding Document.
6. Bidding document is available at the website of NHMP (www.nhmp.gov.pk) as well as PPRA website
(www.ppra.org.pk) OR can be obtained from the Office of the CPO-LHOS, M-5 Sector-1, Multan (NHMP)
Located at Multan Service Area 760 KM (NB) during office hours before the closing date, on the payment
of Pak Rupees One thousand (PKR=1000) in the form of Pay order in the name of DDO NH AND MP M-5
SECTOR-I MULTAN which is not refundable. Cheque will not be acceptable
7. In case opening date(s) is declared as a Public Holiday by the Government, the next working day shall
deem to be the date for submission and opening of tender bids at the same time and place.
8. The tender must be accompanied, for all items, by a CDR/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 133.165-as earnest
money, drawn in favor of DDO NH and MPM-5 Sector-1, Multan. Cheques will not be accepted.
9. The original bid (as prescribed in Bid Data Sheet of the Bidding Document) in accordance with the
provisions of Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and terms and condition defined in the bidding
document must be delivered at the office of Superintendent of Police Sector-I M-5 Multan located at
760 NB Multan Service on or before 25-03-2026 l 12:00 PM. The Bids will be opened publicly on the
same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who may choose to attend the opening
session to be held at above mentioned office.
