REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NOTICE
REDAMCO
RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (Pvt) LTD (REDAMCO) invites Request for Proposal
(RFPs) proposals to experienced and capable Applicants/firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and
Tax Departments under Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement
Rules, 2004.
1. Applicants are invited to submit the Technical and Financial proposals in respect of “PLANNING, FEASIBILITY
STUDY & TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES”.
2. Objectives of the Consultancy:
a. PART-I: Project Technical Planning.
b. PART-II: Project Feasibility Study.
c. PART-III: Transaction Negotiation and Financial Closure.
3. The Request For Proposal (RFP) document shall be immediately available after date of publication.
4. The interested consultancy firms can purchase RFPs on submission of a written application to the addressee below
and payment of Rs.50,000/-in shape of CASH/CDR/Bank Draft (non-refundable) as RFP processing fee, during
office hours;
5. The RFP documents carrying all details can also be downloaded from website of Procurement Regulatory Authority
http://ppra.gov.pk. In case of downloading documents from website, the interested Consultancy Firm needs to get
them stamped from the office of undersigned by paying fee of Rs.50,000/- in CASH/CDR/Bank Draft in the favour of
RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (Pvt) LTD (non-refundable).
6. The Proposal (Technical & Financial) shall be delivered to the addressee below on or before 26″ March, 2026 at 2:00
PM and shall be opened on the same day on 26 March, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the presence of the interested
representatives of the consultancy firms, who may choose to be present at the address below:
7. Interested eligible Consultancy firms may obtain further information from Manager Procurement, RADAMCO at the
address given below.
8. Late RFP or not conforming to the prescribed method shall be rejected straight away.
9. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by consultancy firms in connection with the
preparation or delivery of RFP.
10. The Procuring Agency (RADAMCO) reserves the right to reject all RFPs as per Rule 33 of the PPR Rules amended up
to date.
