Invitation to Bid-Hiring of Office Space on Rental Basis
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (acronym – PRAL). PRAL is a private
limited company registered under section 32 of the companies ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of
1984 PRAL is working with federal and provincial tax and revenue agencies to provide
wide variety of tax and revenue collection automation solutions, since its incorporation.
PRAL intends to acquire an office building or commercial property measuring
approximately 37,000 to 39,000 square feet on rental basis in Islamabad.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements & terms and conditions
are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk &
https://www.ppra.gov.pk
The electronic proposals, prepared in accordance with the instruction on the bidding
document, must be submitted through EPADS on or before (18th March, 2026 at
11:00AM). Manual bids shall not be accepted. The electronics proposals will be opened
on the same day by using EPADS (18th March, 2026 at 11:30 AM) on EPADS.
