FOR PROJECT “A” AND PROJECT “B”
FOR FAZAIA MEDICAL COLLEGE,
AIR UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD
TENDER NOTICE NO. IBD/FMC/1310/6/PROC
1. Fazaia Medical College (FMC) invites sealed tender, based
on Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure, from reputed
firms/companies registered with Income Tax & GST, and
appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for both General Sales
Tax and Income Tax of FBR. The firms must have relevant
experience and technical expertise in software development and
deployment of web-based applications. The tender comprises the
following projects:

a. Project “A”- WEB-BASED APPLICATION FOR APHASIA
REHABILITATION AND THERAPY MANAGEMENT
(TECHNOPHASIA SAS-U)
b. Project “B”-DIGITAL HEALTH APPLICATION FOR WHO-
PEN BASED NCD MANAGEMENT (DIPEND).
E-bidding documents, as per regulations, containing
detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements
are available for registered bidders on EPADS
(www.eprocure.gov.pk) and also on the Fazaia Medical College
website (www.fazaiamedical.edu.pk).
3. The bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before
11:00 AM on 3 February 2026, and one hard copy (Technical &
Financial) must also be submitted on the same day (if EPADS
system not work then it will helps). Bids will be opened on the same
day at 11:30 AM in the FMC Admin Office, Air University, E-9
Campus. Only technically responsive bids will be called for
financial opening
4. Fazaia Medical College, Air University reserves the right to
reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance or cancel the
tendering process by giving a notice in this respect, in pursuance of
Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
