Qualification
⚫ B.E. degree in Metallurgy / Material Sciences or any
equivalent degree.
Experience
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
Job Description
• Lead strategic execution and operational excellence
across steel manufacturing operations.
• Translate the company’s vision and strategy into
actionable operational plans.
• Oversee production, supply chain, safety, maintenance
and ESG compliance functions.
⚫ Drive efficiency improvements, cost control, and
sustainable profitability.
• Lead and oversee Capital expenditure projects and
capacity expansion initiatives.
• Ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation, and
financial discipline.
Align production capacity with market demand and
business objectives.
• Implement continuous improvement and operational
excellence initiatives.
