PASSCO intends to invite sealed bids from financially and logistically sound Individuals/Firms/Companies/AOPS/
JVs for the sale of Wheat Stock (Lot-wise) lying at various PASSCO zones specified in the Bidding Documents. The
Bidders must be registered with rellevant Tax/Revenue Departments (As Active Tax Payer).
The bidding process shall be conducted in line with the procedures set forth in the Public Procurement Rules
and other relevant Regulations Guidelines. The Bidding Process is open for all potential bidders fulfilling the
eligibility criteria given in the Bidding Document which is available at websites of PPRA
(https://www.ppra.gov.pk) and PASSCO (https://www.passco.gov.pk).
The Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the Bidding Document, must be submitted in
hard copy, in a sealed envelope, addressed to GM (Commercial) at PASSCO Head Office, 11 Kashmir Road,
Lahore, on or before 12.03.2026 at 1300 HRS. The Bids shall be opened at the same date at 1330 HRS.
in the presence of Bidders representatives who shall choose to attend the opening at the aforesaid address.

Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is optional. Any clarification issued shall be displayed on PASSCO
website.
Sale of wheat Stock, shall be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure, in pursuance
to the PPRA Rules. The Bidding Document can be viewed on the PPRA and PASSCO websites for information
purposes only. However, purchase of the Bid Document on payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Non-refundable) in cash
from Manager Cash, PASSCO Head Office, Lahore (Phone No. 042-99201461 Ext. 1319) is mandatory for
participation in the Bidding process. Proof of purchase shall be submitted along with the Bid.
