HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES
FOR RESOLVING TRAFFIC CONGESTION
AT KASHMIR CHOWK AND
SURROUNDINGS ISLAMABAD
CDA invites electronic proposals from Engineering Consultancy firms
registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)/PCATP for year 2025-26,
with Project Profile Codes 1215 (i,iii), 1231, Service Codes 0518,0531,0532,
0536, 0537, 0538, 0540, 0541,0542, 0543, 0544 &0546.
2. Electronic RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and
conditions is available for the registered consultants on EPADS at
(www.eprocurment.gov.pk).
3. The electronic RFP documents prepared in accordance with the
instructions in the RFP documents, must be submitted through EPADS on
or before March 05, 2026 by 1030 hrs. Manual proposals shall not be
accepted. The electronic RFP will be opened on the same day through
EPADS on same date at 1100 hrs in the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room
No 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
4.
Notification of the GRC constituted in term of Rule-48 of Public Procurement
Rules-2004, is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and
www.ppra.gov.pk.
5. Project related information may be sought from the office of Dy. Director
(Roads-I) CDA, Ground Floor, Old Naval HQ, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad.
