FIRM FOR ASSETS VALUATION OF INTEGRATED
STEEL PLANT OF PAKISTAN STEEL MILL (PSM)
Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) invites sealed bids as per PPRA Rules “Singlestage-two Envelope
Procedure from professional and competent firms, registered with relevant authorities for the
asset;s valuation of integrated steel plant of PAKISTAN STEEL MILLS (PSM). The valuation
will be carried out in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
The tender documents may be obtained from the following address in working hours upto
09-03-2026 (on or before) by tenderer /representative on submission of written application
on letterhead along with CNIC & Tender cost of Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand Rupees Only)
non-refundable in shape of pay order/demand draft in favor of Pakistan Steel.
Thee technical & financial bids duly signed Istamped and properly sealed in envelopes
separately shall be submitted on 10-03-2026 upto 11:00 am at the Conference Hall No.1
Operations Building Pakistan Steel Mill. Only Technical Bid will be opened on same date/vanue
at 11:30 am while the financial Bids will be retained un-opened which will be opened later on of
technically qualified bids.
Bid(s) received after the above deadline or fax bids shall not be accepted and be returned un-opened.
In case of closure of the office due to any reason, the tender will be received and opened on the
next working day at the same time & venue.
Pakistan Steel reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders as per rules.
