AUCTION NOTICE
The World Health Organization (WHO) Pakistan invites sealed bids from interested firms for the
auction of used items on an “as is, where-is” basis, as detailed below:

Auction documents and specifications may be obtained from the WHO Office or by emailing
(WCO’s emailbox)
Bids must be submitted on the bidder’s official letterhead, clearly mentioning a lump sum
amount in PKR for each individual lot.
3. A refundable bid security of 10% of the total bid value for each lot must be submitted in the form
of a Pay Order in favor of World Health Organization, Islamabad.
4. Bids should be submitted for the complete requirements of at least one Lot. Partial bids of one
lot will not be accepted
5. Inspection of items may be carried out on 17 February 2026, during office hours.

Sealed bids (Lot-wise) must be sent by courier or delivered by hand to the address below on
or before 27 February 2026 by 4:30 PM. Only sealed envelopes will be accepted
Each envelope must be clearly marked as: “BID for Auction – Lot-1 (IT Equipment)” “BID for
Auction Lot-2 (Miscellaneous Supplies)” “BID for Auction Lot-3” “BID for Auction – Lot-4
(Power Generator – Karachi)” “BID for Auction-Lot-5” (Old tyres – Karachi).
8. The successful bidder (offering the highest price) will be notified accordingly and must deposit
the full bid amount into the WHO account within three (03) days of notification.
9. Lifting of auctioned items will be permitted only after receiving full payment.
10. As the World Health Organization (WHO) is permitted by the host country to purchase
equipment tax-free, any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from the auction or
subsequent transfer of ownership shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
11. WHO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage without assigning any reason.
