12-02-2026 against Payment of Rs. 2,000/-
(Rupees Two Thousand Only) as per Tender
Fee (Non-Refundable) separate pay order in
favor of HANDS to be submitted along with
the bidding documents.
Sealed Tender should reach the Office on
the below address, on or before 26-02-2026
at 10:00 hours positively, accompanied by
2% earnest money, company profile, NTN
certificate, SRB registration and bank
statement. The tender will be opened by the
HANDS Tender Committee on 26-02-2026
at 12:00 hours.

HANDS reserves the right to accept/cancel
or reject any or all the Tenders without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
