REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR
PROVISION OF GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES
Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), mandated to construct the Jinnah Medical Complex and
Research Center, intends to engage a qualified professional firm/company for the provision of Group
Health Insurance Services for its employees.
Interested and eligible bidders may download the complete RFP documents, including the scope of
services and detailed terms & conditions, free of cost from the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
All interested bidders are invited to attend the pre-bid meeting on 18 February 2026 at 11:30 AM. The
bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with
the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) no later than
11:00 AM on 27 February 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the
presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
