(2): Interested bidders may obtain Tender Documents from the office of the Charman
Technical Commitee, Radiation Oncology PAF-JPMC Address: Room 17 Cybe
Tomotherapy Building, Jenah Postgraduate Medical Center, Rafiqui Shaheed Road,
Karachi-Pakistan 75510) on payment of non-refundable fee in the form of Pay
Order/CDR Demand Dat in the name of Patients’ Aid Foundation during office hours on
or before 24th February 2025.

(4): Bidders are required to submit their when application forance of tender
documents along with copy of CNC, NTN & GST certificate After purchasing the tenderi
any fim/bidder has any reservation or observations regarding specs are required to submit
their queries in writing on or before 16th February 2026 at 11:00 am at the Radiation
Oncology Cyberkale&Tonotherapy building JPMC, Karach
15: Single stage two envelopes bidding procedure shall be adopted. The envelope shall
be marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL (in bold
and legible letters. The financial proposal of bids found technically non-responsive shall be
retuned un-opened to the respective bidders
(6): The bidder shall ensure that their tenders are complete in all respects. The bidder
should submittender document on 24th March 2026 before 02:00 pm as per schedule
at Chairman Technical Committee, Radiation Oncology PAF JPMC (Address Room no 17
Cyberknife &Tomatherapy Building, Jmah Postgraduate Medical Center, Rafiqui Shaheed
Road Karachi – Pakistan 75510) Technical proposal will be opened on the
25-March-2026 11:30 am in the Radiation Oncology Cyberknife & Tamatherapy
building Karachi. The incomplete tenders and tenders received later the closing date and
time will not be considered
(7): In case the date of opening or last date of submission is declared as public holiday by
the Government or non-working day due to any reason, the next official working day shall
deem to be the date of submission and opening of bids. The time and venue will remain the
