PROVISION OF MISCELLANEOUS HVAC/ELEC
WORKS AT AIR UNIVERSITY, SHORKOT
Tender No: IBD/AU/HVAC/Bahu//08/2026
1. Air University invites electronic bids from the reputed firms/
contractors, registered with Income & Sales Tax and Pakistan
Engineering Council (Specialized in specific HVAC/ELEC codes) for
Miscellaneous HVAC/ELEC Works at Air University Bahu Campus,
Shorkot
2. e-bidding documents, as per regulations, containing detailed
terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are
available for the registered bidders on EPADS at
(www.eprocure.gov.pk).
3. The electronic bids, must be submitted by using EPADS on or
before 11:00 AM on 25 February, 2026. Bids will be opened on the
same day at 11:30 AM at Air University E-9, Islamabad. Manual bids
shall be rejected, if firm name not found on Actual Bidder list
available on EPADS.
4. Air University reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, prior
to acceptance or cancel the tendering process under PPRA Rule-33.
