Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00
AM to 13:00 PM except Saturday, Sunday and holidays on submission of written request duly supported with tender fee (non-
refundable) mentioned above against each in the shape of Bank draft/Pay Order payable to Pr. Accounts Officer P.O. Box No.
1553, Islamabad (Call Deposit will not be accepted). Tender fee as cash will not be acceptable. No tenders will be sold on
opening day. Tender will be received up to opening date at 12:00 hours and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in
the presence of bidders, who wish to attend. The Competent Authority reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all the bids
at any time as per rules. This tender can also be seen at PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. under public sector organization.
