TENDER NO. 0042/2025-26
Procurement & Installation of Solar System at City Campus, UVAS, Lahore
University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids through the E-PAK
Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) from interested bidders le manufacturer/Exclusive
authorized sole distributor of Foreign Manufacturer, agent / Contractors/ firms/ sole proprietor /
Suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST) and
Professional Tax registered firms.
Single stage two envelop bidding procedure shall be applied on EPAD, PPRA Punjab. All bids should be
submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and disposal system (E-Pads) by 26-02-2026, at
11.00 a.m shall be opened on same day at 11.30 a.m through E-PAD in the presence to the bidders, the
URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and response time
shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the
PPRA. Original 2% Rs. 2,000,000/- Bid Security (Refundable) of Rs. 100,000,000/- Estimated Price in
the form of CDR, (DD) and (PO) or Banker’s cheque in the favor of “Treasurer, UVAS, Lahore” should
be submitted in original form to purchase section UVAS, Lahore on or before 11.00 a.m by 26-02-2026.
The bids will be opened only on E-PADS 26-02-2026 at 11:30 a.m. The Interested eligible bidders may
obtain further information from the Purchase Section of UVAS, Lahore. No bid other than EPADS will be
accepted. UVAS, will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with
the preparation of Bids. If there is a public holiday announced by the Government, on the tender
opening date, then the tender will be opened on the next working day.
Note. All assessment and procurement procedures, including uploading at E-Pads,
downloading/receiving, opening evaluating and awarding, shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement
Rules-2014 amended upto date from time to time. In case of any conflict between the bidding
documents and the PPRA Rules, 2014, the rules shall prevail.
