E-bids shall be submitted online on or before the date mentioned above on e-Punjab Acquisition and disposal system (e-PADS)
https://eprocure.gov.pk. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for
any failure on the part of firms to submit an e bid or account of any technical error or internet failure.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned above of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank
Guarantee Demand Draft Pay Order. The Original Bid Security to be submitted Mail Section Ground floor
(Package-A Building) PKLI & RC Lahore before the closing date & time of submission of bid, late submission of
bid security will be considered as bid rejection.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Supply Chain department, PKLI&RC at the address
given below from date of publishing during office hours 08:30AM to 05:30 PM.
Bid Validity period is 180 days from the date of opening of bids.
In case of official holiday on the day of submission, next day will be treated as closing date.
10. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders about the preparation or delivery or
electronic submission of bids.
11. Pre-bid meeting will be held on March 03,2026 in conference room, PKLI at 11:00 A.M
12. All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving, opening an awarding etc. shall be governed by the Punjab
Procurement Rules 2014. In case of any conflict between Bidding Documents and PPRA rules 2014(amended to
date) the rules shall prevail.
