TENDER NOTICE
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal invites bids, Framework
Contract for Web Hosting Services, from reputable firms duly registered with the relevant
Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) purposes,
possessing an active taxpayer profile, PRA Department and having adequate experience in the
supply of the following item.

Tenders must be submitted online through EPADS on or before 03-03-2026 at 11:00AM.
Only online submissions via EPADS will be accepted. Tenders will be opened online on the
same day at 11:00AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tenders
submitted by hand, registered post, or courier service will not be entertained.
A Bid Security, equivalent to the amount specified above, in the form of a CDR (Bank Draft.
Pay Order. etc.) drawn in favor of “Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary
Education, Sahiwal” must be submitted either by courier service or manually before the
opening of the tender. Tenders without Bid Security/Call Deposit shall be considered non-
responsive and will be rejected.
The bids shall be submitted and processed under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding
Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, through
the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
The Chairman, BISE Sahiwal, reserves the right to reject all tenders under Clause No. 35 of
the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Bid validity is 90 days from the last date of submission of the Tender.
Tender documents are available immediately after the date of publication. The complete
bidding documents can also be downloaded free of cost from the websites of PPRA Punjab
(www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), EPADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) or BISE Sahiwal
(www.bisesahiwal.edu.pk).
The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx)
and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the
advertisement on the website of the PPRA.
