TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT GROUP
VEHICLES FOR AUCTION
Sealed bids are invited on plain paper for the sale of following
vehicles on “as is where is” basis. Reserve price of vehicles
will be pasted on each vehicle at site. Bids must be
accompanied by photocopy of CNIC of the bidder along with
10% security deposit of total amount of bid in shape of
UC/Call Deposit in the name of The Bank of Punjab and may
be dropped in the box at 1st Floor latest by 02:45 PM
17-02-2026 (Late submission of bid will not be entertained).
The bids will be opened same day at 03:00 PM on Auction

1. The car number should be clearly mentioned on the bid
envelope. So that correct bid is opened on the auction
day. Separate envelope of bid be dropped for each car.
2. The bank may at its discretion offer the option of open
bidding to all bidders after opening of bids for the single
vehicle under bid.
3. The bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids
without assigning any reason.
4. The successful bidders will also deposit W.H. Tax 10%
filer & 20% non-filer for each vehicle as per prevailing
laws.
5. Vehicle will be transferred in the name of successful
bidder only
6. Security deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be returned
after 04 working days of auction.
7. After having participated in the open auction the
successful bidders cannot withdraw their bids. Failing
which bid security will be forfeited and bid will be
considered as cancelled.
8. Vehicle will be handed over to successful bidder after
approval by the Competent Authority. The balance
amount along with applicable W.H. Tax will be deposited
within seven working days of intimation to respective
successful bidders, failing which security deposit will be
forfeited and bid will be considered as cancelled.
9. The vehicles can be inspected at 15-Race Course, China
Chowk, Lahore on any working day (Monday to Friday)
from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
