INVITATION TO BID
LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company), invites sealed
e-bids through E-PADS on National Competitive Bidding
(NCB) basis from pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers with
LESCO/DISCOS/NTDC/GENCOS or renowned potential
dealing firms/vendors; registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax
Departments for NCB tenders for supply of following Items
through open tender, financed under LESCO’s Local funds on
FCS basis (Delivery to Consignee’s Stores at D.G (IT), 132 KV
Ghazi Grid Station Barki Road for Bill Forms and for vehicles,
delivery at LESCO Head Quarter 22-A Queens Road Lahore).

complete specifications/drawings, method of procurement,
procedure for submission of bids, bid bond / security (as per
applicable amount mentioned in E-PADS Portal System), bid
validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection
of bids, performance guarantee etc., are available for the
interested bidders on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk as
well as on LESCO’s website till one day before the tender opening
date(s). Bidding documents can also be downloaded from
websites at http://www.ppra.gov.pk and www.lesco.gov.pk.
The electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in
the bidding document, must be submitted/uploaded on E-PADS portal
and Bid bond/guarantee shall also be submitted in hard form to the
Chief Engineer (Material Management) LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room
No 312, 22-A Queens Road Lahore on or before above mentioned
closing date & time. Bids will be opened through E-PADS on the same
day at aforementioned date and time. This advertisement is
