TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed Tender on prescribed Form for supplies/ services
of Hygienic & Chemical Items CY 2026 and Thread Ball 5
Cords from reputable supplies/ contractors. Any information/
tender forms may be obtained from address given below.
2. Tender form will be collected on 20 Feb 2026 at 1000 hrs
on same day at 1100 hrs in the presence of all contractors/
Agent on given date & time.
3. Headquarters Multan Logistics Area reserves the right to
reject any or all Tenders or cancel the bidding process.
grounds for rejection can be provided on written request.
4. Earnest money 2% from registered and 5% from
un-registered firms (Maximum ten lac only) of the contract
value (refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft Pay Order in
favour of “COMMANDER MULTAN LOGISTICS AREA”
must be attached with each Tender (No Cheque/ Cash will
be accepted).
