TENDER NOTICE
1. Auction of Defence Stores will be conducted on 19 February 2026 in Heavy Industry of Taxila Cantonment at
Morning (10:00 AM Morning).

2. The inspection of the Defence Store can be carried out from 09 February to 16 February 2026 during office hours between
0800 hours to 1500 hours. Contact via Telephone number +92 (051) 051-9315676/9315128/9315683.
3. Successful bidders shall be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount in cash at the time of bidding. Remaining 75% of bid
money and General Sale Tax & Income Tax as per Applicable Government Rules must be paid within 10 days of bidding.
4. In case above mentioned balance is not deposited within 10 days of sale, the bid of deposited Lot shall be cancelled by order
of the Chairman HIT Board and the already deposited amount 25% shall be forfeited in favor of the Heavy Industries Taxila.
5. Successful bidders shall be required to remove all the Scrap at their own expense within 15 days after receiving the notice of
acceptance.
6. The cost of weighing the Trucks shall be borne by the successful bidder.
7. Cost of De Militarization will be borne by successful bidder.
8. The Chairman HIT Borad reserves the right to accepts or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
9. Entry to the HIT will be through gate No 05 and Computerized National Identity Card must be show for entry.
