(Notice Inviting Tender)
Sealed tenders on the basis of “Single Stage Two Envelop” on KPPRA Rules 2014, are hereby
invited from Firms /Contractors/companies enlisted with PDA and registered with Pakistan
Engineering Council (PEC) for the under mentioned work on percentage above/below on the BOQ/
Engineer cost estimate as per detail given below:-

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(KPPRA Single stage two envelop procedure)
Sample tender form, Bid solicitation document/ BOQ can be downloaded from the official
website of EPAD (kp.eprocure.gov.pk).
The bidder shall submit/upload technical and financial bids_[by file uploading] through
EPADS before last date and time for submission of bid.
The bidder shall only submit physically their original bid security (ies)/ Additional security
(ies) and tender form fee (in the shape of call deposit receipt made in favor of director
general, PDA to the office of undersigned through registered post/courier before last date
and time for bid submission.
Received bids shall be opened and evaluated (downloaded from EPADS) on the date and
time of opening mentioned above in the office of chairman procurement committee in the
presence of bidders and their representatives who opt to be present.
The bidders should submit their 2% bid security and additional bid security (if any) as per
KPPRA rules and notification No. SRO (14) Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated: 10/05/2022.
Clarification/queries, if any, shall be asked/ communicated through EPADS or can be
obtained from the office of undersigned during office hours.
Any disfiguring/overwriting, manipulation in the tender shall be liable to rejection.
Incomplete/conditional bid shall not be acceptable.
Pre bid meeting will be held on 26/02/2026 in the office of under sign.
10. The Scope of the work can be increase or decrease as per site requirements.
