EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FOR SHORT LISTING OF PHARMACIES
FOR PROVISION OF MEDICINES TO HAL EMPLOYEES
Horticulture Agency, Lahore (11A-1.hr) is a public-sector agency set up by
Government of the Punjab under “The Punjab Horticulture Authority Act 2025”.
Horticulture Agency, Lahore intends to hire the services of well reputed Pharmaceutical
Chain (Pharmacy) for Provision of Medicines to IIAI. employees as per procedure of
PPRA
Please note that the subject EOI shall be carried out through E-PADS on
the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website only. All interested
applicants are required to register on E-PADS to be eligible for participation.
Registered pharmacies can obtain detailed EOI document, containing all
details of services. TORS along with evaluation criteria for short listing. from the
E-PADS at https://www.punjab.cprocure.gov.pk and Horticulture Agency Lahore’s
website (https://www.pha.gop.pk/tenders).
The registered pharmacies may submit their EOI’s duly completed, signed,
stamped and in complete conformity, which should be uploaded on E-PADS not later
than date 02.03.2026 on or before 11:00 AM. Technical proposal will be open on the
same day on EPADS at 11.30AM. Manual EOIs shall not be accepted.
