1. University of Science & Technology Bannu invites sealed bids through EPADS from
experienced/professionally well reputed parties/firms registered with sales tax/ income tax
department as well as KPRA with active tax payer status on single stage single envelope procedure
for running of cafeteria, hostel mess/canteen at main campus of University of Science and
Technology Bannu
2. Bidding documents with detailed descriptions can be downloaded against the non-refundable
payment of (Rs 2000/-PKR) in favor of Treasurer through pay order or bank deposit slip from the
following official website www.ustb.edu.pk and https://eprocure.gov.pk/ till 09/03/2026 up to
10:00 am.
3. The firms are advised to submit bids electronically via E-PADS https://eprocure gov.pk/ on or
before 09/03/2026 till 10:00 am. The bids shall be opened on the same day by the procurement
committee in the presence of bidders/representative at 10:30 am in the conference room main
campus UST-Bannu
4. The bid security (CDR) amounting Rs.100,000/= in the name of Treasurer must reach to the office
of undersigned prior to opening of bid
5. Bids/Rates shall be quoted in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes where applicable
6. The bid must be valid up to 90 days from date of opening of the bid
7. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the bids as per provisions contained in Rule
47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
