TENDER NOTICE
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Motor Transport, Punjab, Lahore Invites EPAD
bids(Through Frame work Contract) based on the Punjab Procurements Rules 2014(amended) sill
date from well-reputed and financially sound firms having previous experience in specific field as
well as registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments and Pakistan
Engineering Council for the execution of following R&M Work during the current financial year
2025-2026 (up-till 30.06.2026 as detail below:-

2. An e-bid or proposal shall be submitted on the e.Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-
PADS) software in the manner or method specified in the advertisement before closing date
ie 05-03-2026 for submission of such e-bid or proposal.

Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents from e-pads as well as
from PPRA website free of cost and further information from the office of SSP/MT, Punjab, Lahore.
4. Bid are to be addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police Motor Transport, Punjab,
Lahore and shall be received on E-PADS by 05-03-2026 at 11:00 AM and shall be opened at
11:30 AM on the same day, in Motor Transport Wing. Punjab, Lahore. (In case of public holiday,
the next working day shall be considered).
5. The bid shall be “Single Stage – Two Envelop bidding procedure” as contained in rule
38 (2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) shall adopted. The bidders having
experience in Works (Other buildings Repair) and registered with Pakistan Council and
Communication & Works Department (C&W) Punjab or in any other Government Department or
approved agency in the relevant category may be participated.

All the rates will be inclusive of GST/PST and valid up to 30.06.2026.
Initially, the Technical Proposal will be opened on 05-03-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence
of bidder or their representatives would be opened on EPADS. Technical bids will be accepted after
completion of all coddles formalities. The financial bids will be accepted on the lowest rates.
8. The bidding documents containing details of each R&M work, terms & conditions,
specifications, technical evaluation criteria, etc are available on EPADS as well as PPRA’s website
and can be downloaded free of cost.

The bidders shall submit/uploaded bid security @2% of the estimated cost in shape of
CDR/Bank Draft/Bankers cheque of any scheduled Bank in favor of the Senior Superintendent of
Police, Motor Transport, Punjab, Lahore. The bid security will be refunded after finalization of the
tender. However, the successful bidder shall deposit an amount equal to 5% of the total value
of the contract as performance guarantee in shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque/Bank
Guarantee which shall be refunded on successful completion of the contract obligations.
10. Bids that are incomplete, not singed and stamped, late or submitted by the other than
Specified mode will not be considered.

and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement
on the website of the PPRA.

13. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in line with rule 35 of PPRA
rules, 2014.
