MTI Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites
sealed bids from eligible firms/ contractor in accordance with KPPRA Procurement rules
2014 on single stage two envelope procedures for the following works as per Approved
Specifications. The bidders shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
in relevant category & field of specialization.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: –
A detailed list of specification of required items can be obtained from the official
website https://kth.edu.pk/download/tenders/. Or https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/
All the Bids must be accompanied with a Tender Fee (non-refundable) @ PKR.2,000/-
in Favor of KTH FUND ACCOUNT, (BOK) PK15KHYB0121003003116602 and Earnest
Money/CDR (original). The bid shall be considered non-responsive if the Tender fee
is not submitted/deposited to the dispatch & Dairy section of KTH.
The tender shall be submitted and processed through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal
System (E-PADS). Pre Bid Meeting will be held in Manager Supply Chain Office.
The successful bidder shall be liable to pay all the Govt Taxes as per Govt laws.
The bidders who quote their bids more than 10% below engineer estimate must
submit along with their bid; additional bid security as per KPPRA Notification No S.R.O.
(14) Vol: 1-24/2021-22. Dated 10-05-2022.
All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue
Authority (KPRA).
7. The competent authority has the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA
procurement rules 2014 after assigning valid reasons.
