2. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, on Single Stage Two
Envelope Bidding Procedure.
3. Tender Documents are also available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of
cost.
4. Technical and Financial Separate Bids, duly completed, signed, stamped, and in complete conformity with Tender
Document must be Submitted online on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website i.e.,
https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk till 1100 hours on 02 March, 2026 and bids shall be opened at 1130 hours on the same
date, as per PPRA Rules, 2014.
5. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the Bid on E-PADS Portal, well before the submission deadline, and not wait
for the last date and time to upload the bid. Bid submission on E-PADS Portal shall entirely be the responsibility of the
bidder. PITB shall not be held responsible for any issues thereof. For any assistance regarding E-PADS Portal, system
support email and phone numbers are provided hereunder.
6. Bids that are incomplete, not signed and stamped, late, or submitted by other than a specified mode will not be
considered.
7. The URL of the website of the PPRA is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx and response time shall be
calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA.
8. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in Tender Document must accompany the
bids.
9. For electronic bids submission, bidders are requested to register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. For any queries
regarding registration on EPADS please contact at: 1248.
Note: PITB management may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, as provided
under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
