INVITATION OF SEALED BIDS
REDAMCO
Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways,
invites sealed bids under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure for leasing of PR sites to Oil Marketing Companies
(OMCs), their authorized dealers, or individuals in collaboration with OMCS. Bidders shall quote their offers against the
benchmark for annual rental and one-time non-refundable commitment fee, as per the following terms and conditions:

along with advance first year annual rent by the successful bidder

Bidding process shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
Bids shall be submitted on REDAMCO’s prescribed Bid Forms, available online. A non-refundable processing fee
of Rs. 20,000/- for each site shall be submitted on the day of bid submission in the form of a Demand Draft/Pay
Order drawn in favor of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited. Bids not
accompanied with Bid security and Bid processing fee shall be considered non-responsive.
Duly filled sealed Bid Forms (site name marked on top right corner of the sealed envelope) along with prescribed
documents for each site, along with bid security in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company
(Pvt) Limited should be submitted at the address given below up to 03:00 PM on 10-02-2026 and technical
proposal shall be opened on the same date at time 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
As per clause 33 of PPRA Rules 2004, REDAMCO reserves the right to reject all Bids at any time prior to the
acceptance/approval of a bid, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to
inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for REDAMCO’s action.
