DIRECTORATE OF FLORICULTURE (T&R) PUNJAB LAHORE
TENDER NOTICE
The Director Floriculture, Directorate of Floriculture (T&R) Punjab Lahore, Invites
sealed bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well- reputed and financially
sound firms. Eligible firms must have previous relevant experience and be registered on E-
PADS with the income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sale Tax Departments.
Bids are invited for the purchase of the following lots for FY 2025-26 under the ADP
project “Establishment of Horticulture Research Center Pattoki.”

Terms & Conditions:
1. An e-bid or proposal shall be submitted on the EPADS
2. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – two Envelope)
3. Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents from E-PADS as well as the
website of the Authority and further information can be obtained from the Director
Floriculture (T&R) Punjab, Lahore, House No. 134, Mumtaz Street, Behind Crown Cinema,
Habib Ullah Road, Garhi Shahu, Lahore, Contact No. 042-99201246.
4. The bidders can submit their bid on E-PADS up to 03-03-2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM
5. A bidder will submit separate bid for each lot.
6. A bidder can submit bid for more than one lot separately.
7. The bidder shall submit a hard copy of the bid in addition to the soft copy uploaded on the E-
PADS as bid security. The bid security shall only be released upon the hard copy.
8. Bids shall be opened on the E-PADS at the time and place in the presence of the bidder’s
representative who chooses to attend at 11:30 AM on the same date, i.e, 03-03-2026
(Tuesday), in the office of the Director Floriculture (T&R) Punjab, Lahore, House No. 134,
Mumtaz Street, Behind Crown Cinema, Habib Ullah Road, Garhi Shahu, Lahore, on the closing
date.
9. All the rates will be inclusive of all types of taxes.
10. Those bidders will be considered as successful who will offer the lowest rates as a whole lot.
11. The Director Floriculture (T&R) Punjab, Lahore, has reserved the right to reject all bids or
proposals in line with Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.
12. The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx),
and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the
advertisement on the website of the PPRA.
