RE-TENDER NOTICE NO.F.2-5/2025-
Sealed bids are invited in accordance with Rule 36 (b) “Single Stage+ Two Envelopes” procedure of
PPRA rules 2004 for purchase of the following categories tenders from the firms, manufacturers, importers and
distributors having vast experience in the relevant fields, registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and
who are on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue: –

Note:
Amount in shape of demand draft/pay order as mentioned in the bidding
documents to be submitted in favor of Executive Director FGPC,
Islamabad.
1. Tender documents may be downloaded from EPADS.
2. The firm/ bidder will provide the following documents with bid in hard shape on scheduled date and
time in FGPC.
a. Undertakings on judicial paper in original.
b. Original CDR.
(with technical bid)
(with financial bid)
3. Valid Drug Sale License /Drug Manufacturing license will be required, where applicable.
4. No document/bid will be considered in hard form which is not available on EPADS. Incomplete,
conditional and without deposit at call bids will not be entertained.
4. Firms/bidders can download tender documents along with schedule (Soft copy) from EPADS and if
required soft form can be obtained in USB from admin-II branch of FGPC.
5. Submission of bids (Technical & Financial) on EPADS (E-Pak systems) of PPRA is mandatory.
6. All required/relevant documents should be submitted on EAPDS, in case any documents not available on
EPADS that will not be considered in hard shape after opening of bids.
7. No Grievance/s will be entertained regarding Technical & Financial evaluation on bid opening date. Grievance/s
received through EPADS will be entertained only. Grievance/s received in written form will be rejected.
8. Tender is also available at PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk
9. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject tender in accordance 33(1) of PPRA Rule,
2004,
