INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
Under Framework Contract
Provision of Janitorial Services
Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority invites sealed bids
under National Competitive Bidding from reputed local or national and authorized Agents/
Firms/ Companies having Five years of experience respectively for Provision of Janitorial
services under KPPRA Rules 2014.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Sealed Bids are invited under national competitive bidding for Provision of Janitorial
services from the reputed local or national &authorized Agents/ Firms/ Companies
through single stage Two-envelop as per Rule 14 (2b) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014,
registration with legal/recognized professional bodies FBR (NTN& KPRA / STRN
Certificate), in the case of Company SECP Certificate, Firm / Company must be active
on active taxpayer list.
2. Bidding shall be conducted through Single stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as
per KPPRA Rules-2014.
3. Bidders are required to submit only their Bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition
and Disposal System (EPADS) platform on or before 23rd Feb, 2026 at 11:00 am. No
hard copy submissions of bidding documents are required in this office. The bids shall
be opened/downloaded on the same day by the Procurement committee at 11:30 am in
the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Late
submissions will not be accepted.
4. The bid must be accompanied with Bid Security amounting to 200,000/-of the quoted
amount in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name KPK Culture and
Tourism Authority Fund Account. The original CDR must be (Mandatory) submitted in
hard copy to the KPCTA office and uploaded on the EPADS platform before or by the bid
submission deadline.
5. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office
hours upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- or can be downloaded from
the EPADS, KPPRA & KPCTA website.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on, 16th Feb, 2026 at 11:00 am in the conference hall of
the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Culture and Tourism Authority.
7. The bidder must submit an affidavit on stamp paper, duly attested by a notary public,
affirming that the information provided in the bidding document is correct.
8. The undersigned may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a
bid or proposal. As per provision contained in KPPRA Rules 2014.
