Air University (AU) Main Campus (E-9) invites sealed tenders,
based on single stage two envelopes bidding procedure for
Supply Installation of following Equipment for Air
University, BAHU Campus situated near PAF Base Rafiquiat
Shorkot, District Jhang.
JOB”A” Supply / Installation of IT Equipment, Desktop,
Servers, CCVT, Wi-fi, Ups, Interactive Screen, Audio
Video System, Photocopier, Printers Scanners and
Fiber Optics etc.
JOB “B” Supply/Installation of Telephone Exchange
JOB “C” Supply/Laying of Network Cabling & Passive work
1. Bidding documents can be obtained from AU wef
02 February, 2026 after depositing fee of PKR 3,000/- (non-
refundable) against each Job. Bids must be submitted through
EPADS on or before 19 February 2026 at 1100 Hours through
EPADS. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at
1130 Hours. Bidders must apply through EPADS.
2. Air University reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals
prior to acceptance or cancel the tendering process under PPRA
Rule 33.
