1. Following tender is invited based on single stage Single envelope procedure from the eligible firms
contractors registered / renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant
category.

3. Single Stage Single envelopes bidding procedure shall be adopted contractor / bidder has to upload scanned
copy of financial bid and also mentioned Document in Bid Along with Bid Security/Pay Order/Call Deposit
receipts (CDR) on EPADS. Contractor has to quote online rates of each item, must be submitted on EPADS on
or before 2.03.2026, not later than 11:00 AM. The rates quoted online by the contractor will be announced on
same date at 11:30 AM. Manual Bids shall not be accepted 4. Contractor may generate the Bid Security @2%,
or mentioned above table amount mentioned against the estimated cost of any scheduled bank contractors/
bidder has to upload scanned copy of Bid Security/Pay Order/Call Deposit receipts (CDR) @ 2% of the estimate
cost of any scheduled. bank. Original CDR must be submitted in favor of the Director General, WCLA,
undersigned on tender opening date before closing time. Otherwise, the contractor will be declared as
disqualified in the presence of Tender Opening Committee.

In case of false information, fake Bid Security (CDR), the contractor will be liable to disqualify as per PPRA
Rules and will not be eligible to participate in opening tender of WCLA, Government of the Punjab. Further
his case will be forwarded to PEC and PPRA for initiation of Strict Legal Action.
Please note that the subject procurement shall be carried out through EPADS of Punjab Procurement
Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to be eligible
for participation. Tender Notice/Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and condition is
available for the registered bidder on EPADS at Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and Punjab Procurements Regulatory
Authority (PPRA) website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
The URL of the PPRA Website is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Viewtender.aspx) and response time shall be
calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of PPRA and published
on PPRA website on dated 15-Feb-2026
