who are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue.

1. Tender documents can be obtained from http:/e.procure.gov.pk. (Tender No. F-26021742588)
free of cost Bidders must submit their bids both Technical & Financial, Through E-Pad Acquisition &
Disposal system (E-PADS). Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security in the form
of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Divisional
Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Lahore (Name of firms/ agency on CDR is mandatory) whereas,
bid security in original shall be submitted in the office of Divisional Accounts officer Pakistan Railways,
Bougie Road Lahore along with other necessary documents as stated in bidding documents. Bids must
be uploaded on E-PADS as 12:00 hours or before on 02-03-2026.
2. Only bids through E-PAD will be entrained and no other bid will be accepted. However, bid security and
tender documents duly signed, stamped & sealed will also be submitted on date of opening of tender
physically in the office of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore. Technical and financial
bids will be opened on same date in the chamber of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways
Lahore at 12:30 Hours in the presence of the representatives of the firms who want to be witness.
The Railway administration reserves the right to reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance
in accordance with PPRA Rules Tender Notice is also available at Railway web site
www.pakrail.com and PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
