Section-I: INVITATION FOR BIDS
BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR THE PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF LED
TV FOR AYES NOES LOBBIES
1. The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab (the “Procuring Agency”) has allocated
sufficient amount towards the cost of “Procurement and Installation of LEDS TV” for
AYES NOES Lobbies with stand.
2. E-Bids are invited from all eligible Bidders as per policy of the Government through E-PADS
under PPRA-14 rule 38(2)(a). The E-Bids shall be received as per single stage one envelope
procedure. All E-Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the estimated price, as
mentioned in the Table below, in the name of “Secretary General, Provincial Assembly of the
Punjab, The Mall, Lahore” and in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order.

5. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in an envelope, well before the E-Bid
Submission deadline at Admin-I Branch, Punjab Assembly Secretariat, The Mall, Lahore
