NOTICE INVITING TENDER
PPHI Sindh, a company registered under Section 42 of Companies Act 2017 invites sealed bids from the interested Contractors /
firms meeting eligibility criteria, viz. having registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax, Sales Tax in case of
procurement of goods, registration with the Sindh Revenue Board in case of procurement of works and services and registration
with Pakistan Engineering Council as the case may be and are not black listed with any Federal, Provincial or District government,
having sufficient experience in execution of construction/repair and renovation of buildings for the following works.

The tender documents for the above-mentioned works can be obtained from the Head Office of PPHI, located at Banglow #
C-27/1, Block 2, Clifton, Karachi, on any working day from 30-01-2026 to 16-02-2026 (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) upon
submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed tender document fee through a pay order (non-refundable)
in favor of “PPHI SINDH INCOME..
Sealed tenders, using the prescribed proforma, should be submitted to the PPHI Head Office by February 17, 2026, at 11:00
am and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of authorized representatives who wish to attend. If the
day for bid submission/opening is declared a holiday, the tenders will be submitted and opened on the next working day.
1. The method of Procurement is Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure.
2. The tenders will not be issued to those firms which are black listed by PPHI Sindh or any Government department /
agency/body/ or have defaulted in execution of PPHI Scheme(s).

Any conditional bid or tender will not be considered in the competition.

Firm/Contractor/person can participate against maximum of five (5) schemes in the above listed Works
A bid must be submitted along with a bid security of 5% in the form of a pay order. If not submitted, the bid will be
considered non-responsive.
Bidders must have Valid PEC Registration in Category C-6 and above with at least 03 years successful experience of
similar assignments in any organization.

Bidders must have a total turnover of Rs. 45.0 million for the last three years, verified from a bank statement.
Other terms & conditions specified in tender documents.
The Procuring Agency may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
