Qualification requirements (the following
conditions shall be concurrently met):
(1) The Bidder shall be a non-life insurance
company;
(2)
The Bidder or its parent company shall have
a credit rating of A-or above in 2025 By
PACRA;
(3) Non-life insurance premium income of the
Bidder or its parent company shall be no
less than USD 30 million in 2025;
(4) Consortium of Bidders is not acceptable.
