SHORT TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed tenders for supply of following items are invited from the Government registered firms
on free delivery basis at Headquarters Pakistan Ranger (Punjab) Ghazi Road, Lahore-33.
Tender will be opened in the light of Public Procurement Rule 36 (b). Tender for alongwith
detailed specifications and quantities can be obtained from Ordnance Branch Headquarters
Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore at the cost as mentioned against each (in cash)
nonrefundable till 1400 hours 25 Feb 2026:-

2. Tenders/offers will be opened on 26 Feb 2026 at 1200 hours can be deposited before 1100
hours the same day. Rates will be offered with validity upto 30 June 2026. Firms registered
with Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) will deposit 2% and un-registered firms will
deposit 5% earnest money in favour of “Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab)
Lahore” by pay order or bank draft which is refundable. All firms sill mention their sales tax
registration and NTN number in their quotation. Laboratory test charges if any will also be paid
by the firms in advance. Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) reserves the right to reject
any or all proposals/bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. This tender is
also available on PPRA Website www.ppra.org.pk as well as on Headquarters Pakistan
Rangers (Punjab) website www.pakistanrangerspunjab.com.
