Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Sukkur intends for licensing of Railway Land through open auction for various

01. The auction of shops will be conducted on annual rental basis.
02 Bid security money in shape of Demand Draft/CDR in favour of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Sukkur,
(refundable) will be paid by bidder in advance as bid security before start of open auction. Cheques will not be entertained.
Bidders will also submit three (03) Photo copies of CNIC.
03. The successful bidder shall be liable to pay 50% of offered bid for Agriculture, New Shops, Godown, Nurseries, Fish Ponds,
Restaurant/coffee Shops/Tea House/Food Street etc & Marriage Lawn/Marquee at the time of auction, whereas the highest
bidder of already constructed shops will have to pay 40% of offered bid at the time of suction and remaining 60% in 03
instalments on execution of agreement.
04. The possession of site shall be handed over to the lessee/licensee after depositing of all Railway dues ie annual rent, premium (if
applicable), security deposit, all applicable taxes including withholding tax imposed by Federal/Provincial/District Govt/TMA
etc, from time to time.
05. Sining licensee are required to deposit upto date outstanding rental charges otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in
auction. No bidder shall raise any litigation at any stage against Pakistan Railways.
06. If the above auction cancelled due to the administrative reason, then the date of next auction will be intimated through
publication in National News Papers.
07. Government employee & defaulter of Railway Department will not be allowed to participate in auction.
08. The bidder will have to pay withholding Tax through FBR & will obtain clearance Certificate.

10. Pakistan Railway Administration reserves the right to accept/reject any or all offered bid without assigning any reason thereof
